15 Deadly Male Fertility Mistakes That You Might Be Making

I know there’s no chance that male fertility hasn’t crossed my mind, and I know it crosses my girlfriend’s mind all of the time. When it’s time to start a family, we as men have to follow through with being capable of reproducing.

Even if you’re not ready for kids, you need to live a lifestyle that promotes a positive state of health when it comes to your reproductive system. That’s why I felt the need to show you 15 male fertility mistakes that are commonly made.

  1. Poor Lubricant Choices
    There are certain lubricants that actually slows down the sperm production process. One lubrication that I can think off of the top of my head which doesn’t do this is Pre-Seed.

    When it’s possible, steer away from using lube. However, use one which doesn’t pose a negative outcome when it comes to sperm production.

  2. Getting Too Personal With A Laptop
    The heat from a laptop isn’t safe for your balls, it’s as simple as that.

    When your balls are exposed to heat, such as that from a laptop, they will be less fertile, making it just about impossible to have kids. Try to use a laptop stand wherever possible.

  3. Cell Phone Overusage
    Cell phones are known as a health risk, and they have also been sought after as a potential male fertility risk. Not that I’m eliminating females, as it doesn’t help them reproduce either.

  4. You Can Never Have Too Much Sex
    Whether it’s just once a day, or several times a day, make sure that you have plenty of sex. This is music to my ears, considering I love having sex, and it makes it easier for me when it comes time to have kids.

  5. Soy Consumption
    Soy is definitely something that any man in their right mind should steer away from. I’m sorry if I sound pushy, but Soy seriously hurts males when it comes to being fertile.

  6. Weight
    Being underweight or overweight does affect the reproduction system. In fact, you want to make sure that you maintain a solid weight so that you don’t have any trouble having kids when the time comes for you to do so.

  7. Why not start off the day with a nice portion of sex?
    The male fertility rate is at it’s highest in the morning. If you want to have a kid, start off each morning with a nice portion of sex. Keeps you fit, in good standing with your lover, and improves your chances of conception. :) Triple slam right there folks!

  8. Not Enough Folic Acid
    If you don’t read the nutrition table on the food you purchase at the grocery store, you want to start now. That’s because you need to make sure that you get enough Folic Acid in your diet which will improve your fertility.

  9. Say NO To Tighty Whities!
    If our balls were meant to be sucked up to our body and absorbing the heat of our body, we wouldn’t have them hanging. However, the fact is that they are meant to hang away from your body, so it’s cooler than the rest of your body. This is what helps preserve the fertility of a man. So, if you’re wearing Fruit of the Loom, you need to toss them out. Go free ballin or grab some boxers.

    Just make sure you get dressed before you step outside, I don’t want to hear from you because you got locked up for indecent exposure while trying to make conception more likely when you have sex.

  10. The hot tub may be relaxing, but try to limit its usage for the sake of your ability to reproduce.
    As stated above, heat is the enemy of your testicles. You don’t want to expose them to heat too often, as this lowers the likeliness of a man being fertile. Yes, this included using the hot tub for a minimal amount of times.

  11. Eat Healthy
    Eating healthy pays off in more ways than one. Right now, it pays off by making you more fertile if you eat foods which are nutritious for your body.

  12. Take Your Vitamins
    Taking a multi-vitamin is my preferred way of accomplishing this. You want to make sure your body is packed with the nutrients that it needs to maximize the results of your reproduction system.

  13. Toxins With One’s Body
    One way that I keep toxins out of my body is drinking Green Tea. Face the reality, toxins just hurts our sperm counts, there’s no way to get around this sad truth. There is hope if you use something like Green Tea regularly to keep your body flushed out though. ;)

  14. Are you going deep enough?
    If you’re going to make it happen, go deep. Many men have achieved conception by using sex positions that encourages deep penetration. Not only do you both enjoy it, but it helps you start a family. ;)

  15. Chill after having sex…
    This is something that surprised me when I saw it, but scientific studies have proven when one lays down for about 30 minutes after participating in sexual intercourse, it helps the reproduction system maintain a high and healthy sperm count for men.

As you can see, there are things you may not be doing, but could be what make it possible for you to be as fertile as possible. Remember, your sperm count needs to be maintained appropriately throughout your life.
